The current version of Kvaser CAN Extcap have been tested on:

The current version of Kvaser CAN Extcap have been tested on:

Windows:
- Wireshark Version 4.4.0 (v4.4.0-0-g009a163470b5).

Ubuntu:
- Wireshark Version 4.4.1 (v4.4.1rc0-4-g440e6c628d19).

Tested CANLIB/linuxcan version

The current version of Kvaser CAN Extcap have been tested on:
- CANLIB V5.45
- linuxcan V5.45

Features
========================================================================

* Capture CAN or CANFD packets from Kvaser AB hardware in Wireshark.

* Save captures in the pcapng or pcap format.

* Capture using user supplied bus parameters for both CAN and CANFD.

* Create log files for debugging.

Known issues
========================================================================
   * No support for capturing from multiple interfaces at the same time.
	  Wireshark supports it but the extcap does not.

   * No support for non-ISO canFD.

   * CTRL-C is not handled so shutdown is not handled gracefully.

   * The time reported for each packet is not formated correctly.
